Penny Mondani :: Managing Partner ![]() Since 1985, Penny has trained, coached, mentored, and led projects within Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and Heavy Equipment Manufacturers, Utilities, Insurance and Banking Organizations, Health Care Providers, Software Technology companies, and the Aerospace Industry. These projects have spanned the globe, from the U.S. and Canada to Germany to Japan. She has counseled Operations and Six Sigma Leaders on the strategic direction for their organizations, and how to achieve their goals. Prior to consulting, Penny held positions in performance metrics (Operations and Budgets), marketing, retail, organizational design and training, project management, and engineering analysis. She was an integral part of Florida Power & Light Company’s efforts which earned the prestigious Deming Prize. Florida Power & Light was the first non-Japanese company to do so. Penny was a member of the team of fewer than a dozen employees who designed and created the material for the entire quality training curriculum for this effort. She has made significant contributions to the training designs and curricula of several other organizations including USWest and PriceWaterhouse-Coopers (Six Sigma practice). Her newest passion is designing and creating online courses for others, using Moodle. Regardless of the subject matter, she can take a stream of consciousness outline, a published book, or a set of training slides, and turn it into something your clients/students will love. She'll work with you to find out just exactly what works for you and make it happen. Penny loves to teach and now she is sharing that gift with others. Penny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from Clarkson College, an MBA and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, both from Rensselaer. And for those of you who think Penny "sounds young", she was born in 1959. | Skip eLearning for Business eLearning for BusinessNot Sure About Moodle? Are you still...
