Glen Mondani :: Environmental Subject Matter Expert

Glen has more than 20 years experience in domestic and international management systems, including implementation, auditing and training. Glen assisted Florida Power & Light (FPL) in their successful pursuit to be the first US recipient of the Deming Prize for Quality. At FPL, he worked to integrate quality management, environmental management and regulatory compliance, creating a unified business management system.  

Glen has been a senior consultant in environmental and quality management system integration for over 15 years and has been exposed to 100s of companies from various industries, each with unique environments, systems and objectives. These experiences have given him a tremendous amount of industry knowledge that allows him to assist clients in achieving their implementation/certification goals. This experience also has helped him effectively train over 1500 lead auditors to the ISO 14001, ISO9001 and OHSAS18001 standards and process management/business improvement techniques.

Glen has worked hands-on with many organizations (private, federal/state agency, and military) to develop innovative tools and methods to integrate the goals of profitability, performance and environmental sustainability.

Glen serves as the subject matter expert for Albany Analytical's environmental and sustainability courses.  He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Miami in Economics.
