Phone Consultations

While we would love to help everyone all of the time, we have to put food on the table.  We can’t offer free personalized support.  Penny is available for phone consultations if you want input but are not ready to engage Albany Analytical for a full project. The fees are $100/hour (Payable by PayPal at the conclusion of our call). Please note: We do not provide help, advice, consultation, or other IT support to fix your Moodle installation.  If you have application errors and/or you don’t know how to use a feature, please refer to Moodle Docs, the Moodle.org forums, and/or find a Moodle Partner who will check or host your site.  The services we provide are:
